Hi, I’m Kailey — a therapist and the founder of Frontline Counseling & Wellness, LLC. For more than 12 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals as a case manager, therapist, and life coach, helping them navigate challenges, discover strengths, and find healing.
I specialize in working with those who serve others—first responders, military service members, nurses, teachers, and parents—because I understand how much weight you carry and how often your own needs are put last. But here, your well-being comes first.
That said, all clients are welcome in my practice. No matter your background, role, or life experience, you deserve a safe, supportive space to heal and grow.
My Approach
I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and real. I bring a direct yet compassionate style, offering both a non-judgmental space to process and practical tools you can use outside of sessions.
Together, we’ll choose what best supports your goals.
A Little More About Me
Outside of the office, I’m a mom and the wife of a first responder. These roles give me personal insight into the challenges of balancing service, family, and self-care. I am also someone who navigates life through a neurodivergent lens (I have ADHD) and know how this impacts the life-work balance. I believe these and many other experiences allow me to bring understanding and compassion into my work with others.
When I’m not working or balancing the roles of mom, wife, and business owner, you’ll often find me practicing the same self-care I encourage in others.
