Does Frontline Counseling & Wellness accept insurance?

I am currently in-network with:

•  Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

• Aetna

• Medicare

• Moda (In Network starting September 2026)

I am in the process of credentialing with:

• Tricare/Triwest - VA and Active Duty

• United Health/Optum/GEHA/UMR

• Medicaid

Note: For those with insurance for which I am currently pending credentialing, a discounted cash rate can be offered until credentialing is finalized.

How long are sessions, and what are the fees?

Therapy sessions: 53–60 minutes 

What is your cancellation policy?

Late cancellations/arrivals or no-shows (cancellations less than 24 hours before or arriving 15 minutes late for the appointment start time or a session) will result in a $200 charge to your card. This policy helps ensure that time is reserved for clients who need it and respects the commitment of both client and therapist.

Do you see clients online or in person?

I currently offer telehealth (online sessions) only. Therapy is accessible to adults in Alaska.
