Does Frontline Counseling & Wellness accept insurance?

I am currently in-network with:

•  Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

• Aetna

I am in the process of credentialing with:

• Tricare - VA

• Triwest - Active Duty

• United Health/Optum/GEHA/UMR

Note: For those with insurance for which I am currently pending credentialing, a discounted cash rate can be offered until credentialing is finalized.

How long are sessions, and what are the fees?

Therapy sessions: 45–60 minutes 

What is your cancellation policy?

Late cancellations/arrivals or no-shows (cancelling less than 24 hours before or arriving 15 minutes late for the appointment start time or a session) will result in a charge to your card on file equal to a full cash pay session fee of $200. This policy helps ensure that time is reserved for clients who need it and respects the commitment of both client and therapist.

Do you see clients online or in person?

I currently offer telehealth (online sessions) only. Therapy is accessible to adults in Alaska.
