Meet Me

Kailey McNeil, MSW, LCSW

Hi, I’m Kailey — a therapist, coach, and founder of Frontline Counseling & Wellness, LLC. For more than 12 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals as a case manager, therapist, and life coach, helping them navigate challenges, discover strengths, and find healing.

I specialize in working with those who serve others—first responders, military service members, nurses, teachers, and parents—because I understand how much weight you carry and how often your own needs are put last. But here, your well-being comes first.

That said, all clients are welcome in my practice. No matter your background, role, or life experience, you deserve a safe, supportive space to heal and grow.

My Approach

I believe therapy and coaching work best when they’re collaborative and real. I bring a direct yet compassionate style, offering both a non-judgmental space to process and practical tools you can use outside of sessions.

I’m trained in a range of approaches, including:

  • Brainspotting (BSP) – for trauma, stress reduction, and performance enhancement

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – for managing thoughts and behaviors

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – for emotional regulation and mindfulness

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – for exploring and healing inner parts of self

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) – for fostering motivation and confidence

Together, we’ll choose what best supports your goals.

A Little More About Me

Outside of the office, I’m a mom and the wife of a first responder. These roles give me personal insight into the challenges of balancing service, family, and self-care. I know what it’s like to be pulled in multiple directions, and I bring that understanding into the way I support my clients.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me with family and friends, or practicing the same self-care I encourage in others.
