Brainspotting in Coaching

While traditional coaching focuses on goal-setting and accountability, sometimes deeper blocks get in the way of progress. This is where Brainspotting Coaching can help.

What is Brainspotting Coaching?
Brainspotting is a powerful mind-body approach that uses eye position to access where your brain and body are holding unprocessed stress, limiting beliefs, or stuck energy. In a coaching context, Brainspotting is not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions—instead, it helps clients release barriers, reduce stress, and access greater clarity and performance.

Brainspotting Coaching Can Help You:

  • Reduce performance anxiety or stress in high-pressure situations

  • Unlock creativity and problem-solving abilities

  • Enhance focus, motivation, and productivity

  • Release limiting beliefs that hold you back

  • Build resilience and emotional balance for leadership or life transitions

What to Expect
During a Brainspotting coaching session, you and your coach identify a “brainspot”—a visual point connected to where your body holds tension or blocks. By gently focusing on this spot, your brain naturally begins to process and release what’s holding you back, creating more space for clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. Sessions typically last 53–75 minutes and can be in person or online.
